Feasibility Study - Global Convention on eHealth

The ISfTeH is currently conducting a feasibility study on the introduction of a global eHealth convention. This study is funded by the Rockefeller Foundation and is being carried out in collaboration with Linklaters LLP, an international law firm.
 
The study will consider the legal status of international conventions, the process for adopting conventions and the content of any such eHealth convention. It will also look at the effect of similar health related conventions such as the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.
 
The study includes a questionnaire looking at the current status of eHealth policy globally and the benefits that an international convention might provide. If you would like to assist with this project then please feel free to complete the online questionnaire available here:
